Your Procore projects, already in Construction PM.
Project data entered in Procore flows into Construction PM on its own, so nobody rekeys job numbers, addresses, and dates before they can be used for budgeting, cost tracking, and billing.

Three Procore records, mapped to where the work already happens.
The sync runs one way, from Procore into Construction PM. Nothing you do in Construction PM writes back to Procore, so Procore stays the record of truth for the teams that live in it.
- Projects become jobs. Name, project number, address, city, state, ZIP, start date, and projected finish date carry across. The Procore stage sets the job status, so a project in bidding or preconstruction lands as pending and one in course of construction lands as active.
- Commitments become material orders. Both purchase-order and subcontract shaped commitments come across.
- Submittals become documents. Status changes flow through as they happen.
Updates arrive through webhooks that Construction PM registers for you at connect time, so a change in Procore shows up within seconds. A manual Sync Now button exists as a fallback if you ever suspect a missed delivery.
Connect in about two minutes.
Install the app in Procore first, then finish the connection from inside Construction PM. There is no webhook or API configuration to do on the Procore side.
- Sign in at app.construction-pm.ai using an Admin, Project Manager, or Billing Specialist account. Estimator and Executive roles cannot configure integrations.
- Open the Integrations menu, which is the plug icon in the header. It is not a page under the Settings gear, so go straight to the plug icon.
- Choose Procore, then click Connect to Procore.
- Authorize on Procore's own sign-in page. Construction PM never receives your Procore password.
- You land back on the Procore page and choose which Procore company to link. Your sign-in can reach every company your Procore account has access to, and Procore does not tell us which one you meant, so you pick it here. Nothing syncs until you do.
- The status card then shows the company you chose, and the sync counters start to populate. A pending count during the first few minutes is the initial backfill, and it clears on its own.
Authorize with an account whose project visibility covers everything you want synced. The integration uses user-level authentication, so it sees exactly the projects that the authorizing person sees and no more.
Read-only on your Procore data.
Worth stating plainly, because integrations that sync in both directions can surprise people:
- It never creates, edits, or deletes a Procore project, commitment, submittal, or any other Procore record.
- Its only write is its own webhook subscription, registered when you connect and deleted when you disconnect.
- It never receives or stores your Procore password.
- Disconnecting leaves your Construction PM data in place. Only the Procore token and the webhook subscriptions go away.
Something not syncing?
Check the connection status card on the Procore page in Construction PM first, since it reports the live token state and any sync errors from the last 24 hours. If that does not explain it, email contact@dragonflai.ai and tell us your company name and roughly when the data stopped arriving.
