Integrations

QuickBooks, Connecteam, and Microsoft Teams — in one product.

Construction PM connects to QuickBooks (two-way), Connecteam (one-way labor and photos), and Microsoft Teams (document, photo, and video sync into per-job channels) so data flows where it is already trusted instead of being rekeyed.

QuickBooks (two-way)

Two-way QuickBooks sync, with accounts payable on the same screen.

Construction PM syncs jobs, scopes, invoices, bills, and payments with QuickBooks Online in both directions. Project managers see vendor aging and credit limits next to the job, payment status updates land in real time through QuickBooks webhooks, and a reconciliation interface flags drift between the two systems with line-by-line approve and reject. Exact name matches are auto-paired; for everything else, the manual picker leaves the matching to a person.

  • Jobs and projects, scopes and estimates, invoices and bills, payments and draw requests synced in both directions.
  • AP aging in five buckets, credit-limit indicator, and live vendor balances pulled from QuickBooks.
  • Reconciliation view with drift detection and per-line approve and reject for billing and bills.
Connecteam (one-way labor + photos)

Pull crew time and field photos from Connecteam without re-entry.

Connecteam time activities and daily-report photos flow into Construction PM through a one-way import. Weekly labor entries land on the right job and scope through fuzzy name matching, photos attach to the same job, and AI extracts material descriptions from the photo metadata. Project managers approve each batch before it lands in the budget, with bulk-approve, per-row edit, and rollback paths the import workflow needs to be trusted.

  • One-way Connecteam to Construction PM import, by manual upload (CSV, XLSX, JSON) or polling webhook.
  • Fuzzy job and scope name matching with manual override for low-confidence rows.
  • AI material extraction from Connecteam photo descriptions; the project manager reviews and approves before the data lands.
Microsoft Teams + SharePoint

Per-job Teams channels, with files in your SharePoint.

Construction PM creates a Microsoft Teams channel per job and syncs documents, photos, and videos into it. The files live in your tenant’s SharePoint, because every Teams channel is backed by a SharePoint folder, so the team can find them in either app. Setup is a one-time M365 admin consent that takes about two minutes: the M365 admin signs in once and approves Construction PM to write to your Teams and SharePoint, after which the sync runs without further intervention. Excel job-data backup workbooks are pushed to the same channel on demand or for every active job at once.

  • One-way sync of documents, photos, and videos into per-job Teams channels.
  • Files land in your tenant’s SharePoint (the storage backend Teams already uses), set up by a one-time M365 admin consent.
  • Excel job-data backup workbooks exported per job or for the whole portfolio with one click.
FAQ

What does Construction PM integrate with?

Construction PM integrates with QuickBooks Online (two-way sync of jobs, invoices, bills, and payments), Connecteam (one-way labor and photo import with AI material extraction), and Microsoft Teams (one-way document, photo, and video sync into per-job channels backed by SharePoint, set up by a one-time M365 admin consent).

Is the QuickBooks sync two-way?

Yes. Construction PM syncs with QuickBooks Online in both directions: jobs and projects, scopes and estimates, invoices and bills, and payments and draw requests. Vendor aging and credit limits are pulled from QuickBooks live, and a reconciliation interface flags drift between the two systems with per-line approve and reject.

What setup is required for the Microsoft Teams integration?

Setup is a one-time M365 admin consent that takes about two minutes. The M365 admin signs in once and approves Construction PM to write to your Teams and SharePoint, after which the sync runs without further intervention. Files synced to Teams channels are stored in the SharePoint that backs your Teams tenant, accessible from either app.

Pair integrations with billing.

With QuickBooks, Connecteam, and Microsoft Teams connected, billing closes the loop: AIA-style applications, the billing register, lien waiver tracking, and OCR invoice scanning take the integration data from setup to paid invoice.
